  I contacted IFixPC at 855-837-9965 on 8/22/2013. I spoke with a manager named Douglas in regards to their consumer complaints and how to go about resolving them. After placing me on hold, Douglas let me know that the person I would need to speak with is not in the office and would be returning shortly. Once they arrive, they will be returning my call. I await their response and will update everyone as the situation progresses.
